We are organizing a forum titled “Struggle for the Rights of Educators: Needs, Possibilities, Obstacles”, on October 23 at 7 PM at the Magacin Cultural Center in Belgrade.
At the forum, we will discuss the necessity of organization in the workplace and the difference between union-based and plenum-based forms of organizing.
Educators have been under particular pressure since the start of the student protests due to their support for students. The system of disciplinary proceedings and terminations has become a tool for intimidation.
We invite everyone interested to come and find out how we can jointly respond to these challenges.
